How will you use the project to encourage awareness of how to develop healthy active lifestyles?	Encourage children to have Mediterranean food. Teaching our children to have healthy habits ( doing exercise, brush their teeth, wash their hands before eating, etc...) Eating fruit and vegetables in our breaks.	Having fruit or vegetables, once a week, in our breaks with the help of the families. Preparing healthy recipes for their classmates.
How will the project develop exciting ‘bigger learning experiences’ and enterprise?	Workshops Erasmus projects Cultural week Opening house days	Organizing school events with the whole school community cooperation with the participation of parents, teachers and students.
How do you plan to use the project to engage pupils in learning a foreign language?	Increasing the communication between pupils from different countries. Showing our pupils the different activities from other countries in the ERASMUS project.	Traveling to other countries. Writing letters. Handy crafts exchange.
How do you plan to use ICT to enhance and improve the project experience?	New Technologies (PDI; Cameras...) School Web Films Documentaries. EU games/quizzes.	Using regularly PDI Recording videos with digital cameras. Watching films, documentaries, series, play games... in our ITC labs.

How does the project add to your teaching and learning experience in the school?	Teachers get new ideas and work together so that the students can learn from different activities improving their skills. To grow awareness about taking care of the environment. Increase students awareness about different aspects of daily life.
How do you share the project work with your colleagues? How does this involve them in the work of the project?	We have monthly meetings to get ideas and share information. All the school community is involved in the project. Parents and students are regularly informed about the activities that are being carried out.
How does your school benefit from your European work?	Students experience the need of learning English as a way to communicate with other people, meet other students, know different cultures, customs/traditions. It gives the school an added value. We have additional funds
How does the project encourage pupils’ a)confidence, b)motivation c)responsibility?	a) Confidence - they develop new abilities and new responsabilities and they increase their self-confidence. - They improve their communication skills b) Motivation - stimulating activities encourage them to increase their understanding of different aspects of life. c) Responsibility - They learn the way they act has an influence in the environment protection.
How do you ensure that the quality of the pupils’ project work is robust?	Teachers guide and check students work We try to connect the project with the different subjects and activities in the school curriculum.

What traditional skills does your family and your neighbours have?	Family: A lot of families cook traditional dishes. Some of them make some artistic activities, such as painting, DIY.... Others work out with their children outdoors. Neighbours: gardening, cooking, repairing flaws at home, do physical activities, handcrafts...
List some things that you think could be changed for the better in the world today.	Encourage children to have and learn traditional homemade meals . Teach our children the importance of eating healthy food Motivate children to protect the environment: thinking about the three Rs : reduce, reuse, recycle (encourage our children the responsibility of saving water, electricity and energy...)
What traditional things would you like to learn or to find out about?	Bake bread, repair books, sewing and repairing clothes, making butter, learn about ancient / forgotten professions, learn traditional dances.
What could we do in our project which could change things for the future	Teach the students abilities for life and work ( solving problems, working with others, interpersonal skills...)
